The Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth running of all Clinic and Logistic Operations. The Clinic should be producing high quality repairs within timescale, ensuring items waiting in the “queue” are stored and managed accordingly. Also overseeing continued research and development into innovation and efficiencies within the Clinic.

The Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth running of all Clinic and Logistic Operations. The Clinic should be producing high quality repairs within timescale, ensuring items waiting in the “queue” are stored and managed accordingly. Also overseeing continued research and development into innovation and efficiencies within the Clinic. The Operations Manager also is responsible for the entry and exit of all items into and out of the building along with the storage of all items with in the building, ensuring items are stored securely and in an organised manner that makes internal operations smooth. The Operations Manager will oversee the dispatch and safe arrival of all parcels through our courier network, managing the relationship with these partners and managing and insurance claims related to items lost, stolen or damaged while in our care.

Including but not limited to:-

  • Stock room management

  • Clinic management including production lists

  • Quality Control of items leaving the Clinic

  • Research and Development within the Clinic

  • Management and onboarding of B2B clients

  • Safe arrival and delivery to relevant departments of all shipments into the building

  • Shipment of items for our marketplace, meeting or exceeding delivery timescales

  • Shipment and Management of items in storage related to rejected items and replica goods.

  • Ensuring all data and processes into the systems we use are input correctly and maintained.

  • Tracking and Monitoring Courier Performance

  • Ensuring correct insurance levels are obtained and monitored

  • Insurance Claims processing

  • Be a point of escalation for customers relating to logistic and clinic queries

  • Health and Safety for Clinic and Warehouse Operations

  • Key holding for the building
